I am involved in the XX China PeopleSoft 8.9 Globe Payroll Project as a functional consultant to provide multiple specifications.• Communicate with HR the flat iron shop for us department about the current core HR and Payroll business process and select requirement. Develop custom made prom dresses and nurture relationships with clients and project blog lace wedding dresses team.• Assist in business analysis, solutions architecture, implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft HCM pillar. Analyze requirement and fit /gap with peoplesof system.• Analyze core wedding dresses 2010 HR&Payroll reports used in TESCO China. Work closely with technical teams and functional users, and be an ugg boots 2010 interface between technical teams and functional end users.• Design the reports in Peoplesoft system and create functional specifications,make sure about technical assistance requests process for functional issues.• Plan and lead the functional testing• Plan and lead the post-go-live production support effort• UAT testing and Traning key user to operate in Peoplesoft System• Support end user operation after PS going.
